Clinic Director/Owner

Jessica Marken, MA, BCBA, LBA

Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Simpson College and was a teacher for Head Start for several years. In 2019, she received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and began working as the Clinic Director of New View when they first opened in 2020. In 2023, she became the owner but continues to work directly with clients and families.

Credentials: Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, Licensed Teacher (State of Iowa).

Clinic Administrator

Maci Masching, BS, RBT

Maci received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. She worked with children and people with special needs for 4 years before coming to New View. During her time at New View, she has served as an RBT and administrative assistant. Maci is now the Clinic Administrator and helps with multiple facets of the day to day clinic operations.

Registered Behavior Technicians

These are the direct staff who work one on one with each child. Each RBT undergoes intensive training and receives ongoing support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
